Halloween Costume Contest

This month we encourage all our patients to wear their costume to their appointments. With your permission we will take pictures of the kids and post them on our Facebook. The child with the most amount of likes will win a Toys R Us gift card. Be sure to tell all your friends and family what kind of fun we are having this month. We can’t wait to see those costumes!
